Whether You are Measuring The Relationship With The Leadership (work)•

Without you knowing, your relationships and leadership became increasingly tenuous.
When colleagues ask for your help to deal with the leadership, as fast as lightning you shy away from the 
request.
Are you afraid of adjacent leaders because fear reactions that would signify? Or is all this time you often feel 
scared because your ability to feel mediocre?
Be careful, you are indeed being biased so far from the leadership. This will greatly affect your work 
satisfaction, and create a mood to work increasingly recede from time to time. 
Find out just how close your relationship with the leaders!  
Thus it would be an option in the member where you need to strengthen themselves, so no need to drag on by
stress at your place of work.  
Give points one (1) for the statement that you think describe yourself today and give zero points (0) 
otherwise. 

Example : 
1. I know the best time to approach the leadership, either by asking questions would not.
2. I almost always can read the mood of the leadership, so it knows when to talk and when to be biased to

If the scores are obtained:


0 - 5 :    Try to ask advice from senior and career consultant, to help you make the changes necessary. In addition, a career consultant can also provide for long-term plans in your career. 
6 - 10 : It is time you do something more. Choose one or two areas of work and stay focus. If necessary,   consultan occasional problem to the leadership job, in favor of an increase in employment.
11 - 15 : Your relationship with the leadership is basically fine. But there are still gaps to increase it! Learn how to improve your communication skills with leadership. Consider other colleagues who have successfully establish good relations with the leaders. 
16 - 20:  You have a good score with the leaders. Talk with the leadership, how do you improve joint working agenda of the leadership. If necessary, initiative to seek more challenges in the current job.
21 - 25: Congratulations! Your relationship with the leadership is very good. Talk with the leadership for member promotion or put you on a higher position.
